Disclosing subsidiary undertakings on the Fixed Asset Investments note

Subsidiary undertakings are disclosed in a user input table on the Fixed Asset Investments note.

The table is only available when amounts are mapped to A03.01.00.01 or A03.01.00.02

1. Click the question mark to view the subsidiary undertakings options. 

2. Use the blue input cells to populate the name, registered office, class of shares and holding %.

By default there are 30 rows to enter subsidiary undertakings, please click here for guidance if you need to disclose more than 30 subsidiaries.

For group engagement specific relevant options can be seen as below.

3. To show the subsidiary note as a separate note, select the note below from the accounts preparation screen.
