Inserting a custom note with numeric and alpha numeric content - with QuickVid

To insert a custom note with numeric and alphanumeric content, a Data by column input note or 6-Col CY/PY input note can be used. 

1. To insert the note, click on the add icon beneath the Note tab and select the note required note.

2. Click on a cell within the column you want to change to alphanumeric and select the alphanumeric icon beneath the Table tab to switch to alphanumeric.

3. The cell changes to an alphanumeric input cell and text, decimal places, percentages % and currency £/€ can now be entered.

 
4. To change the column back to numeric, click on the numeric icon beneath the Table tab.

 
5. The cells properties will then switch to numeric and numbers can be inputted.
